Qualifications

• Crisis intervention and safety planning experience.
• Ability to assess and develop client goals and treatment plans.
• Experience working with adolescents and adults in PSR or related services.

Responsibilities

• Render PSR services to adolescent and adult clients.
• Assist clients in developing treatment goals and daily living skills.
• Identify support networks and coping strategies for improved functioning.
• Provide crisis intervention to ensure client and staff safety.
• Document services within 24 hours of delivery.
• Participate in team planning and Performance Improvement initiatives.
