Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental health needs, while using person-centered approaches.
• Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap, health tracking).
• Monitor behavioral changes and communicate with supervisors during crisis situations.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings, mentoring new staff.
