Job summary

Copper Country Mental Health in Michigan is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and oversee service delivery for individuals with serious mental illness or developmental disabilities. Qualifications

Degree in Social Work; other Human Services degrees may be considered.
At least 1 year experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.
Ability to work in Ontonagon County, Michigan, with travel to surrounding counties.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as a team member.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Valid Michigan driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage service delivery for clients with serious mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities; may include co-occurring substance use disorders.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in assessment, diagnosis and person-centered planning; develop biopsychosocial assessments and individual plans of service.
Maintain confidential records and monitor progress toward goals and objectives.
