Copper Country Community Mental Health is seeking a full-time Client Services Manager/Supports Coordinator to deliver services in Ontonagon County, Michigan, with travel to surrounding counties as needed. The role focuses on individuals with serious mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders.

Offering a competitive starting salary of $48,695–$63,886 annually (based on licensure and experience) plus a $5,000 sign-on

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling preferred; other Human Service or Nursing degrees will be considered.

Copper Country Community Mental Health is hiring a full-time Client Services Manager/Supports Coordinator to provide services in the Ontonagon County, Michigan area, with travel to other counties as needed. This position works with people with serious mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities, some with co-occurring substance use disorders.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• $48,695 – $63,886 annual starting salary based on licensure and experience.
• PLUS $5,000 sign-on bonus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Provide Supportive Services. Help individuals with serious mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities; some with co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Conduct Assessments. Evaluate needs and conditions to better understand each person’s situation.
• Create Individual Service Plans. Develop personalized plans using a person-centered approach to meet each person’s unique needs.
• Monitor and Evaluate. Regularly check progress and performance to ensure that service plans are effective.
• Maintain Confidential Records. Keep all information secure and private, adhering to confidentiality standards.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling preferred, however, other Human Service or Nursing degrees will be considered.
• Current Michigan licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Experience working with those with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or children is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in Ontonagon County, Michigan, and travel to surrounding counties as needed.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
