The Mental Health Security Specialist position at Northeast Florida State Hospital in Macclenny provides critical security support within the SAMH framework, ensuring the safety of residents, staff, and facilities. You will patrol grounds, manage entrances, and coordinate responses to incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol grounds by foot or by vehicle to protect buildings and living areas; inspect for hazards, contraband, unauthorized persons, and eloping residents.
• Respond to calls for assistance or emergencies related to resident disturbances, medical emergencies, fires and other disaster situations; maintain physical control of combative residents.
• Operate the Welcome Center; log visitors and staff, observe for unauthorized entry and all vehicles for items that should be bolted down or locked inside
