Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
• Two (2) years’ nursing experience, with at least one (1) year in psychiatric/mental health.
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Texas.
• Must meet background and credentialing requirements as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services and administer treatments including injections and labs.
• Coordinate medication distribution with pharmacy and manage stock records.
• Educate consumers on health topics and respond to questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with case managers, law enforcement, and other providers as needed.
• Supervise LVNs and unlicensed staff and participate in quality assurance.
