Job summary

Acadia Healthcare's Southcoast behavioral health facility in Dartmouth, MA is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time or part-time roles. Shifts include days, evenings, or nights with 8-hour shifts; rates range from $39.00 to $51.00 per hour depending on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in applicable state or eligibility.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral experience a plus.
• CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required by state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and coordinate care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications per orders and document controlled substances.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure safety and care.
