Job summary

HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Behavioral Health on day or evening shifts. This full-time position (32 hours/week) offers comprehensive benefits, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work on adult behavioral health or dual diagnosis units.

Evening shift is eligible for a $10,000 Sign on Bonus. We are part of a large private mental health system with strong growth, professional training, and a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MA RN License required
• ADN/ASN required; BSN preferred
• 2 years RN experience required; BSN + 1 year accepted in lieu of 2 years

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on behavioral health units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document and maintain patient records in compliance with policies.
