Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Experience with mental health patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated medical and clinical nursing care per patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic care.
• Lead nursing care, maintain standards of care, and supervise team members.
• Document patient care, monitoring, and observations in EMR.
• Respond to emergencies until EMS/911 arrives.
