Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Plano, TX is seeking a Part-Time Day Shift Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our compassionate care team. You will deliver direct patient care under RN/APP supervision, document vital signs, administer medications, and support safety and treatment plans within state guidelines.

You may float to other ERC/Pathlight locations as needed, participate in on-call shifts, and collaborate with clinicians to maintain a therapeutic milieu and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Required).
• Active LVN license in the state of Texas (Required).
• BLS certification (Required).
• Ability to keep patient information confidential (Required).
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/APP supervision and physician guidance.
• Manage patient assignments within shift and document care.
• Record vital signs, treatment responses, and nursing care activities.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and NG feeds as allowed.
• Assist with patient examinations and treatments as directed.
• Maintain patient safety and contribute to treatment plans with the team.
• May float to ERC/Pathlight locations and participate in on-call shifts.
