Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Perris, CA is launching a new startup program and seeks a Recovery Specialist II. You will provide direct and indirect care addressing physical and psychological needs according to service plans and Medicaid standards.

The role is on-site with multiple shift options including AM/NOC/PM. Requires a high school diploma or GED (BA/BS acceptable), nursing knowledge, CPR/First Aid/CPI, and a willingness to drive clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of psychiatric mental health experience or BA/BS with one year in mental health.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and health conditions and terminologies.
• Preferred: CNA certification.
• Proficient understanding of client advocacy and client rights per Title 17 and Title 9.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification required by employment date.
• Background checks and driving requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; willingness to use company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide care addressing physical and psychological needs per individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
