Telecare Corporation seeks a Recovery Specialist II to respond to the physical and psychological needs of clients within a 24/7 restorative center. The role includes direct and indirect care aligned with individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Eligible candidates bring a high school diploma or GED (or BA/BS with MH experience) with relevant MH setting experience, CNA certification, and CPR/First Aid/CPI credentials. Valid driver's license and driving willingness may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 years in a psychiatric mental health setting, or BA/BS with 1 year in mental health.
• Certification as CNA or equivalent acceptable; CPR, First Aid and CPI certifications required.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and mental/physical health conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to drive if required.

Responsabilités

• Provide care addressing physical and psychological needs per individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
• Deliver direct and indirect services to Telecare clients as part of a Restorative Transformation Center/MHRC program.
