Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in Claremont, CA seeks a QA Coordinator to oversee Mental Health Services QA, ensuring compliance with county contracts and proper documentation. You will collect data on outcomes, report findings to leadership, and support treatment planning and training.

The role requires a master’s in counseling, a valid clinical license, and experience supervising clinicians working with youth. Strong writing, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field is required.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) required.
• Experience providing state-required clinical hours of supervision.
• Experience working with children facing emotional/behavioral challenges and families.
• CPR/First Aid training within 90 days of hire if not already certified.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA operations of the Mental Health Services Program and ensure QC.
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and County contracts.
• Participate in committees and meetings, such as county QA.
• Perform QA on mental health documentation and billing accuracy.
• Collect and analyze data on clinical outcomes and compliance measures.
• Document QA findings and report to Clinical Coordinator and Director.
• Assist with approval and co-signing for assessments and plans.
• Conduct training on clinical documentation standards and best practices.
• Interface with the Treatment Team during planning conferences.
