Responsibilities include staff supervision, data review, collaboration with partners, community outreach, and ensuring compliance with state requirements.

Formación

• Two years of professional level experience in the field of mental health; bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Community Hospital Integration Project Program (CHIPP) and oversees the Blended Case Management Unit.
