BronxCare Health System is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Robin Hood Foundation Grant of the SBEHS program. The role focuses on developing plans for implementing mental health services for Early Head Start families in the NICU and supporting the Outreach Coordinator and Family Support Workers.

The position requires social work/mental health experience, supervisory background, and MSW/CSW credentials, with strong computer skills to manage data and reporting.

Formación

• Has social work therapy or mental health experience.
• Experience supervising staff and/or conducting home visits.
• MSW or CSW (LCSW) credential preferred.
• Bachelor's and Master's degrees required.
• Strong computer skills and data handling abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Support quality improvement activities and risk management efforts.
• Represent the Program Director in project meetings as needed.
• Develop plans for implementing mental health services for Early Head Start in the NICU.
• Recruit, hire, and train Family Support Workers and Outreach Coordinator.
• Track and evaluate staff activities and generate reports on program operations.
• Conduct home visits to observe staff strategies and assess families.
• Monitor family progress on partnership agreements and document findings.
• Co-facilitate infant mental health trainings for staff development.
• Participate in NICU rounds and collaborate with NICU staff.
