Job summary

RS EDEN seeks a Clinical Program Manager for Mental Health to lead the mental health team, optimize services, and expand program areas across Recovery, ReEntry, and Housing. The role includes developing family-focused programming, implementing integrated care, and providing direct participant care as needed.

The position emphasizes innovation, crisis management, and staff development, with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year. A Minnesota-licensed mental health professional is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota, unrestricted.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders.
• Experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness and justice involvement.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• 6-month gap rule between treatment services and employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct participant care including comprehensive mental health evaluations.
• Provide clinical supervision of pre-licensed therapists or interns.
• Develop and expand mental health programming and staff development.
• Coordinate care across Recovery, ReEntry, and Housing programs.
• Implement new protocols and practices for integrated care.
• Engage families and develop family-focused mental health programming.
