Job summary

RS EDEN in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join its Mental Health and Trauma Recovery program. You will manage a diverse caseload and provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy with trauma-informed approaches.

The role requires collaboration with clinical teams to deliver high-quality mental health services across outpatient and housing programs, with a commitment to community-based care and social justice. Salary ranges $65,000-$74,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Current Minnesota licensure (LICSW/LP/LMFT/LPCC) or pursuing licensure.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience with substance use disorders and justice-involved populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 direct client hours per week.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely, compliant manner.
• Engage in program development and community engagement activities.
