Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Program Director to oversee clinical and administrative operations of our Anaheim adults mental health program, on-site. This full-time role leads teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives high-quality, trauma-informed care aligned with our person-centered model.

You will manage budget, performance, staff development, and community engagement, while supporting crisis intervention and program expansion across local partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• CA license in LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Ph.D., or Psy.D.; supervision experience preferred.
• Proven experience in behavioral health programs with management/administrative leadership.
• Budget management, staff training, compliance and QA/QI protocols.
• Valid CA driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Administer clinical and operational functions of the program(s).
• Hire, develop, and evaluate staff, including supervision.
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and chart audits; implement QA/QI protocols.
• Develop, monitor, and manage annual budget; produce financial forecasts and reports.
• Oversee intake, case record documentation, and adherence to standards.
• Lead staff training, community relations, and program development.
• Represent the program in external stakeholder meetings and with county/community vendors.
• Take on a caseload when needed, including crisis intervention or case management.
