SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED
Must be able to pass a DHS background check
Provide proof of valid driver's license and a clean driving record
At least 3 years of work experience in human services or healthcare
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in any field
Do you have at least three years experience as:
Lead DSP/CNA/PCA
Program Coordinator/House Manager
ILS/HSS
AND have at least one year of supervisory experience in ANY field? If YES, this role might be a good fit for you!

Supportive Living Solutions is seeking an Assistant Program Director to join our collaborative leadership team! We provide housing and services for adults living with a serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Alongside the Program Director, you will manage and develop the team members, oversee the operations of the program and ensure excellent service is being provided to clients. This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who is energetic and ready to jump in wherever needed.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
Full-time, in-person, mainly daytime hours (some weekend, evening and on-call availability required)
