Centurion Health is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team at Lowell Correctional Institution in Ocala, Florida. The role focuses on mental health case management, intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy within a correctional environment.

We require a Masters degree and an active Florida license (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) with BLS certification and at least two years of direct mental health care experience.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active Florida license LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Active Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum two years’ direct care experience with individuals with mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and assessments for patients in a correctional setting.
• Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
