Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to join our team at CFRC - Central Florida Reception Center in Orlando, FL. The role provides mental health case management, intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy within a correctional setting.

You will work 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a pathway for Registered Interns and licensed professionals; competitive salary ($70k intern, $80k licensed) and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active Florida license (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) or MH Registered Intern status.
• Minimum of two years’ direct care experience with mental illness preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain agency security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management within a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Deliver individual and group therapy to patients.
