Job summary

RADIAS Health is seeking a Mental Health Professional Float to provide versatile clinical services across multiple programs. You will conduct assessments, deliver psychotherapy to adults and adolescents, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a structured, recovery-oriented setting.

Required licensure in Minnesota and 2,000 hours of supervised experience with co-occurring disorders, with a salary range of $81,765–$86,558 and standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW/LP/LPCC/LMFT) in Minnesota.
• 2,000 hours of supervised experience with co-occurring disorders.
• Experience with unsheltered population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services across assigned program areas.
• Deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care that promotes dignity and respect.
• Assess and treat individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers and care team for coordinated care.
• Attend commitment court and complete related documentation.
