Job summary

RADIAS Health seeks a licensed Mental Health Professional Float to support multiple programs, including ACT, Targeted Case Management, Homeless Services, and Community Treatment Team. You will deliver direct clinical services, rehabilitation, and treatment across diverse settings to adults and adolescents.

The role emphasizes trauma‑informed, person‑centered care, crisis intervention, and care coordination with psychiatrists and other team members.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field.
• Qualified as a Mental Health Professional, maintaining an LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT license in the State of Minnesota.
• 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services across assigned program areas in accordance with program framework and policies.
• Deliver trauma‑informed and person‑centered care; promote dignity and respect.
• Assess and treat individuals with co‑occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to adults and adolescents.
