Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field.
• 2,000 hours supervised experience working with individuals with Mental Illness and substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the treatment plan based on diagnostic and functional assessment.
• Provide courteous and respectful care to all clients.
• Develop an individualized emergency support plan coordinated with community emergency services.
• Provide direct services to residents.
• Teach and develop independent living skills (relaxation, conversation, housekeeping, budgeting).
• Identify individuals prone to behavioral emergencies and develop programming.
