Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to join our team at Union Correctional Facility in Raiford, Florida. The role provides mental health case management, intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy in a correctional setting.

Work hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. A graduate degree is required, along with an active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or being a registered intern.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Active mental health professional license in Florida - LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or SW Registered Interns.
• Must have active Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive mental health care.
