Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to join our team at Walton Correctional Institution in De Funiak Springs, Florida. You will provide mental health case management, intake assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Eligible candidates include LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT; interns are encouraged to apply, with licensure required

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred.
• Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns are encouraged to apply.
• License-eligible candidates will be considered; licensure required before start date if hired.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management services in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; provide individual and group therapy.
• Consult with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive mental health care.
