Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to join our team at Columbia Correctional Institution in Lake City, Florida.

The role involves providing mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care, including intake, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred
• Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns are encouraged to apply
• License-eligible candidates will also be considered; candidates must obtain licensure prior to the start date if hired
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
