Qualifications

• Master's Degree required for this role.

• Fingerprinting clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts one-on-one, group, and family psychoeducational and process groups.
• Develops treatment plans and attends treatment planning meetings and reviews.
• Assesses environment and patient safety status and reports/responds to safety issues.
• Identifies risk factors and interventions for patients with special precautions (suicide, homicide, falls, elopement).
• Completes assessments, group notes, and documentation in compliance with requirements.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to discharge planning needs.
• Conducts post-discharge follow-up as indicated.
