LewisGale Medical Center, part of the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare, seeks a Mental Health Professional II PRN to provide supervised mental health services to patients and families, including assessments, psycho-education, process groups, and discharge planning.

You will conduct psychoeducation groups, develop treatment plans, assess safety, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and perform post-discharge follow-up as indicated.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social work or related field required.
• BLS certification required.
• NVCI or approved de-escalation training required.
• Experience in mental health or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Facilitates one-on-one, group, and family psychoeducational and process groups.
• Develops treatment plans and attends treatment planning meetings regularly.
• Assesses environment and patient safety and reports changes as needed.
• Identifies risk factors and interventions for patients with special precautions.
• Completes assessments, group notes, and documentation on time and in compliance.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team on discharge planning needs.
• Conducts post-discharge follow-up as indicated.
