Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health, rehabilitation or human services field.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years experience in providing mental health services; or a relevant professional credential.
• Licensure or certification such as LCSW, LPC, LAC, LRC, LCADC, or MSN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program services and staff scheduling.
• Supervise Primary Case Coordinators with staff meetings and group supervision.
• Manage caseload and facilitate groups.
• Coordinate staff time off and coverage.
• Assist in hiring, training, and orientation.
• Occasionally transport clients or accompany them when needed.
• Assist with intakes in absence of intake coordinator.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely documentation.
• Assist clients in accessing community services and address concerns.
• Submit Incident Reports to state/local entities.
• Communicate with outside entities and providers as needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by Program Director/Executive Director and Medical Director/APN.
