Job summary

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our compassionate team. You’ll deliver high-quality in-home mental health nursing across Essex and surrounding East locations, conducting assessments and tailoring care plans to individual needs.

Flexible shifts across days, nights, and weekends, and a supportive environment with bespoke training, travel expenses, and competitive pay rates.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based RMN experience in community, secure, crisis, or acute settings.
• Confidence in managing risk and using physical intervention when needed.
• Experience within PBS frameworks or trauma-informed approaches.
• Strong clinical judgement and ethical decision-making.
• Reliability and commitment to continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered mental health nursing in clients' homes.
