Job summary

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Mental Health Administrator – Investigative Agent Supervisor to oversee the facility-wide investigative and incident management system at the Columbus Developmental Center. You will lead MUI/UI investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate corrective actions with executive leadership.

Responsibilities include managing staff, analyzing data for trends, and presenting findings to interdisciplinary teams to support risk

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mental health, developmental disabilities, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with state and federal regulations governing care and licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility-wide investigative and incident management system, including MUI/UI investigations.
• Lead 24/7 investigative coverage planning and supervision of staff.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare documentation for Medicaid and licensure surveys.
• Identify systemic risks and develop corrective action plans with leadership.
• Provide coaching and training to investigative staff and represent the service in leadership forums.
