Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of job-related experience
• Or two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Complnc Specialist 2 (RCP061) or position equivalent.
• Some positions may require a certification or licensure.
• Some positions may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guide the day-to-day activities of assigned team to include supervision, ongoing coaching, training, and support.
• Prepare schedules and monitor attendance.
• Build team collaboration in a remote environment.
• Train new staff including one-on-one sessions and shadowing.
• Supervise and direct investigators, giving instructions and guidance through case supervision and developing necessary resources and tools.
• Monitor team for accuracy and productivity.
• Participate in projects as assigned.
• Provide investigative support to external agencies as directed.
• Conduct investigations as required.
• Assist with case management as needed.
• Review findings to ensure conclusions are supported by evidence, policies, rules, and regulations.
• Accurate, thorough data entry into multiple databases.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with providers and stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritize workload to meet day-to-day needs.
• Travel statewide as needed.
