Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, mental health or related field.
• Mental health licensure preferred (LSW, LPC, MFT or related).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for OhioRISE care coordination and IHBT programs.
• Coordinate referrals with the Intake Manager for OhioRISE and IHBT.
• Provide on-call crisis support for clients and families in the community.
• Obtain CANS certification within 30 days of employment and renew annually.
• Participate in required trainings (First Aid, CPR, Blood Borne Pathogens, Standards of Practice).
• Engage in supervision, staff meetings and inter-disciplinary collaboration.
• Represent the agency professionally in various settings and adhere to policies.
