Qualifications

• Experience in community-based mental health, substance use disorder, case management or crisis related care in an inpatient setting.
• Knowledge of DSM V used in clinical decision making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient environment with sensitivity to trauma.

Responsabilités

• Assist in monitoring inpatient admissions and coordinate discharge planning.
• Review charts with Chapter 51 Program Coordinator and prepare Crisis recommendations.
• Data entry to ensure timely submission of recommendations and documentation.
