Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with prescribers, therapists, and case managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally sensitive nursing services and trauma-informed care.
• Coordinate medication services with multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor medication adherence and report adverse effects.
