Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties including greeting and checking in patients.
• Provide excellent customer service to in-person and telehealth patients and clinicians.
• Assist with scheduling, billing questions, and portal support.
• Prepare patient charts, documentation, and ensure accuracy of demographics.
