Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Youth Mental Health First Aid and PREPaRE certification must be obtained within one year of placement.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing data is preferred.
• Crisis intervention and collaborative teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains collaborative relationships with administrators, teachers, and school-based mental health team members.
• Coordinate the referral process for students needing mental health services beyond the school level.
• Provide case management oversight for students in Tier III services.
• Provide mental health and behavior supports, coaching, and training to schools in the region.
• Assist in implementing threat and risk assessments and related plans.
