Job summary

Hamilton County Government seeks a dedicated Mental Health Court Case Manager to support justice-involved clients, coordinate services, and participate in court proceedings. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher education in a relevant field and one year of direct work experience in case management, mental health, counseling, or probation/parole.
• Associates degree with three years of direct work experience.
• High school diploma with five years of direct work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees Mental Health Court participants; conducts interviews; coordinates services with treatment providers; maintains case notes and records.
• Manages caseloads; prepares court documents and reports; updates care plans and documentation; ensures continuum of care.
• Attends court hearings, provides testimony, and liaises with the Mental Health Court team and community resources.
