About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivatedLicensed Mental Health Counselor(or equivalent licensed professional) to join our team as an independent contractor. This flexible position allows providers to offer therapy services via telehealth, in-office sessions, or a combination of both. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering evidence-based care, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, couples, and/or family counseling sessions.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Offer both telehealth and in-office counseling, based on client and provider preferences.

Qualifications:

• ActiveColorado licenseas one of the following:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong clinical skills and training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed counselors will be considered).
