Job summary

Clover Mental Health Clinic in Denver, CO seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) on a contractor basis to provide flexible psychiatric care through telehealth, in-office visits, or a hybrid schedule.

You will conduct evaluations, diagnose, manage medications, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists and primary care providers, with emphasis on patient-centered care and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado state license as NP with PMHNP-BC.
• Current DEA registration and Colorado prescriptive authority.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and EMRs.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionatePsychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)to join our team as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing medication management for patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
• Provide telepsychiatry and/or in-office visits based on patient needs and practitioner availability.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient encounters in compliance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• ActiveColorado state licenseas a Nurse Practitioner withpsychiatric/mental health specialization (PMHNP-BC required).
• Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Colorado.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health care preferred (new graduates with strong clinical experience will be considered).
