Integrated Behavioral Health in Denver, CO seeks a licensed therapist to work with children, teens, families, and couples, delivering evidence-based care in a warm, collaborative group practice.

Requirements include a Master's degree and active CO licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC). Schedule after-school hours, 2 to 7pm, with a hybrid of in-person and telehealth visits, a 60/40 compensation split, and a $500 annual professional development stipend along with full office services and parking.

Training & Education

• Master's degree from an accredited university
• Fully licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

Key Skills

Modality Expertise (Training Required): Proven training and/or certification in at least two of the following evidence-based modalities:

• Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
• Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills
• Emotionally Focused Family/Couples Therapy (EFFT/EFCT)
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Experience & Job Requirements

• Active licensure in the state of Colorado in good standing
• Experience with outpatient therapy

Location & Schedule

Primary Location: 1120 Delaware St., Suite 110, Denver, CO 80204

We’re also open to clinicians interested in our Greenwood Village location or expanding to new areas (Lafayette, Longmont, etc.)

Schedule: After-school hours, 2 to 7pm Monday through Friday, with flexibility depending on caseload. Fridays can always be a shorter day.

Hybrid: Mostly in-person to accommodate both in-person and telehealth visits.
