Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for teens and adults.
• Provide group and individual therapy using evidence-based practices to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges.

• Mentor advanced graduate interns.
• Lead group therapy sessions 2-3 days per week, including after-school and early-evening hours.

Your Role

• Group Therapy: Lead our nationally accredited group therapy programs 2-3 days a week (after school and early evening hours).
• Location: This role requires regular in-person attendance at the designated office location in accordance with an agreed-upon work schedule at the time of hire

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
• Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
