Wellness for the Culture has many unique opportunities, such as providing services for EAP programs, hosting the Wellness for the Culture Expo, and organizing other community events, as well as working closely with various agencies.

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Mental Health Counselor. The counselor will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, and managing a caseload. Daily tasks include conducting mental health assessments, counseling clients on relationship issues, implementing treatment strategies, and maintaining accurate case records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Treatment Planning and Mental Health
• Education in Psychology and Relationship Counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Relevant licensure or certification (e.g., LPC, LMHC) is preferred

Job Type: Fee for Service W2 Clinician Position

Pay: $40-$60 per hour- Range based on caseload and licensure
