Thought Shift Therapy is a growing, niche private practice specializing in OCD, phobias, and related obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders. We're currently seeking a licensed clinician who is passionate about evidence-based treatment and building a focused, meaningful clinical practice.

We’re looking for someone who either:

• Already has a clinical niche (e.g., trauma, LGBTQ+, multicultural counseling, eating disorders, grief, etc.), OR
• Is actively working toward developing one with clarity and intention

This is an excellent fit for a therapist who values structured modalities (CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT), strong clinical alignment, and a supportive, organized work environment.

Position Overview:

Part-Time (W2):

• Minimum 10 sessions/week
• Must have ample availability to build a caseload

Full-Time (W2):

• Minimum 30 sessions/week
• 401(k) with 4% match
• Health insurance (includes dental and vision)

Compensation:

• $50–$90 per session, based on type of session
• Compensation provided for no-shows (flat fee)
• Fee-for-service model (no PTO or admin time)
• You are only responsible for sessions, notes, and treatment plans
• All intakes, marketing, and billing handled for you
• Fully remote within New York State
• Supportive onboarding provided to ensure smooth caseload ramp-up
