Our company is looking for a Full-time or Part-Time Mental Health Counselor to join our team. We are a growing private practice of professional, licensed counselors and therapists (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D.) who work with women of different cultures, ages, and the Christian faith community, offering mental health counseling services in Southern California and Florida. Additionally, counselors and therapists will provide outpatient mental health services to a predominantly faith-based clientele. Our mission is to give women a safe space to address life challenges and emotional obstacles, learn practical skills, and help them heal from the past to enjoy a fulfilling life.
Applicants who have a separate private practice, or are a part of another group practice are not a good fit
At Florecer Family Counseling, our clinical therapists focus on counseling and leave the rest to us. Flexible hours to work when you want to: days, nights, or weekends. Open your schedule blocks when you want to and close them when you want to. We will assign you, patients, according to your expertise, that fit your profile. We will handle all the administrative workload of seeing clients (scheduling, onboarding, billing). We will also help you develop note-taking strategies that will minimize how much time you have to spend on documentation. These enable you to focus on providing the best clinical care possible.
Clients are increasingly expecting to pay for therapy with their insurance. To increase access to care, we require our therapists to get credentialed and paneled with top insurers through our practice. While there is minimal initial work on your part to begin this process, our full-time credentialing specialist will handle most of the effort.
