Job summary

Midwest Center for Hope & Healing in Illinois seeks licensed clinicians to join our faith-informed counseling team. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children within a supportive, collaborative practice.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions (15–30 client hours per week) with flexible daytime, evening, or weekend sessions. Join us to help clients heal and grow in a faith-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Active Illinois licensure (LPC/LCPC/LCSW/LMFT) required.
• 15–30 client hours per week availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and establish strong therapeutic relationships.
• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and licensing standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Actively participate in team meetings, consultation, and supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Illinois licensure (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• A background in Christian counseling is a plus
• Interest in working with children and adolescents is a plus
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and use of best practices in mental health care.
• Availability for 15-30 client hours per week.
