Positive Change Counseling Center is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists for in-person positions in Ventura, CA. The role emphasizes bio-psycho-social assessments, individualized therapy, and collaboration with a team of clinicians within a mission-driven practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in CA (PsyD/PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC)
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Experience with EHR and telehealth platforms
• Experience with outpatient or group practice settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Incorporate client feedback to refine therapy goals and programming
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain an active caseload and participate in regular clinical supervision
• Adhere to ethical/licensing standards and company policies
