We are Hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors interested in providing one-on-one therapy for adult clients.

Choose Part-Time, Per Diem and Full-Time Available

We have Telehealth Therapy Positions available Nationwide.

You can work as few hours as 5 hours per week.

You can change your schedule daily or week to week.

Compensation:

Full-Time $120,000 to $160,000 per year depending on the State

Part Time $70,000 to $85,000 per year depending on the State

Per Diem up to $85 per hour depending on the state

Schedule:

Make your own hours. You can change your hours week to week.

You can start part time or per diem and scale to full time or vice versa.

The busiest times for Therapy are 7 days a week 8 am til 9 pm in your time zone.

You will only work with clients who are located in the states where you are fully licensed.

Notes/Documentation:

There is a AI SOAP Note Generator or a Template Based Note System on the EMR System. You can also type in your notes manually after each session.

Sessions:

Sessions are 45 mins to 50 mins long. Initial Evals are between 1 hour and 1.5 hours.

Most of the clients are coming for 3 to 5 months of Short Term therapy. It's more of a Solutions Focused Approach to Therapy.

The Clients are only Motivated, Stable, High Functioning Adults 21 yrs old and Up.

All of the Clients are Commercial Insurance Major Medical Clients from Plans like Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Humana, Aetna and many more.

Clients are always provided for you. The Clients will schedule their own appointments based on the schedule and time slots that you set.

Late-Shows & No-Shows:

There is a 24 hour late cancellation and no show policy.

Role Description:

The Mental Health Therapist will provide remote, part-time counseling services to clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering ongoing therapeutic interventions through secure virtual sessions. The counselor will support clients with relationship challenges, stress management, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, while maintaining thorough case notes and documentation. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals when appropriate, monitoring client progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and adhering to ethical and legal standards of clinical practice. This position requires consistent, professional communication, reliable scheduling, and a strong commitment to client confidentiality and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to design, implement, and coordinate individualized care.


• Candidates should possess skills in Mental Health and Psychology to assess client needs and apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches.


• Candidates should possess skills in Relationship Counseling to address interpersonal issues and support healthier communication patterns.


• Active, unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor or related mental health professional (state-specific licensure required).


• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.


• Experience providing telehealth or remote counseling services and comfort with secure video platforms and electronic health records.


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries.


• Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practice, following all ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
