• LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW licenses required or NYS permit holders encouraged.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in trauma-informed care; EMDR experience advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and diagnostic assessments, including risk evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Administer crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical providers, care teams, and community partners to facilitate whole-person care.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision.
• Connect patients with community resources such as housing, substance use treatment, and social services.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation following OMH and Article 31 standards.
• Meet productivity expectations while delivering quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Combination of sitting, standing, and movement throughout the day.
• Some evening or weekend availability may be required.

Compensation

$52,000–$58,000 annually.
